List of Open Source Software which can be built on Fugaku

Spack will be used to manage open source software packages on Fugaku. Fugaku users can easily use pre-installed packages and built packages based on Spack recipes. The following list shows the results of building/compiling packages for aarch64 according to the Spack recipes. Note that the results in this list do not guarantee that each package will work properly. On the other hand, Fujitsu will provide the following packages compiled with Fujitsu compiler on Fugaku as "external" packages, of which Spack can be aware.

Description

A Collection of Database, Data Structure, Visualization, andUtility
Functions for R. The caroline R library contains dozens of functions
useful for: database migration (dbWriteTable2), database style joins &
aggregation (nerge, groupBy & bestBy), data structure conversion (nv,
tab2df), legend table making (sstable & leghead), plot annotation
(labsegs & mvlabs), data visualization (violins, pies & raPlot),
character string manipulation (m & pad), file I/O (write.delim), batch
scripting and more. The package's greatest contributions lie in the
database style merge, aggregation and interface functions as well as in
it's extensive use and propagation of row, column and vector names in
most functions.
