Spack will be used to manage open source software packages on Fugaku.
Fugaku users can easily use pre-installed packages and built packages based on Spack recipes.
The following list shows the results of building/compiling packages for aarch64 according to the Spack recipes.
Note that the results in this list do not guarantee that each package will work properly.
On the other hand, Fujitsu will provide the following packages compiled with Fujitsu compiler on Fugaku as "external" packages, of which Spack can be aware.

r-ggbio
Visualization tools for genomic data. The ggbio package extends and
specializes the grammar of graphics for biological data. The graphics
are designed to answer common scientific questions, in particular those
often asked of high throughput genomics data. All core Bioconductor data
structures are supported, where appropriate. The package supports
detailed views of particular genomic regions, as well as genome-wide
overviews. Supported overviews include ideograms and grand linear views.
High-level plots include sequence fragment length, edge-linked interval
to data view, mismatch pileup, and several splicing summaries.
