Spack will be used to manage open source software packages on Fugaku.
Fugaku users can easily use pre-installed packages and built packages based on Spack recipes.
The following list shows the results of building/compiling packages for aarch64 according to the Spack recipes.
Note that the results in this list do not guarantee that each package will work properly.
On the other hand, Fujitsu will provide the following packages compiled with Fujitsu compiler on Fugaku as "external" packages, of which Spack can be aware.

r-plyr
Tools for Splitting, Applying and Combining Data. A set of tools that
solves a common set of problems: you need to break a big problem down
into manageable pieces, operate on each piece and then put all the
pieces back together. For example, you might want to fit a model to each
spatial location or time point in your study, summarise data by panels
or collapse high-dimensional arrays to simpler summary statistics. The
development of 'plyr' has been generously supported by 'Becton
Dickinson'.
