Spack will be used to manage open source software packages on Fugaku.
Fugaku users can easily use pre-installed packages and built packages based on Spack recipes.
The following list shows the results of building/compiling packages for aarch64 according to the Spack recipes.
Note that the results in this list do not guarantee that each package will work properly.
On the other hand, Fujitsu will provide the following packages compiled with Fujitsu compiler on Fugaku as "external" packages, of which Spack can be aware.

r-rcurl
General Network (HTTP/FTP/...) Client Interface for R. A wrapper for
'libcurl' <http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/> Provides functions to allow one
to compose general HTTP requests and provides convenient functions to
fetch URIs, get & post forms, etc. and process the results returned by
the Web server. This provides a great deal of control over the
HTTP/FTP/... connection and the form of the request while providing a
higher-level interface than is available just using R socket
connections. Additionally, the underlying implementation is robust and
extensive, supporting FTP/FTPS/TFTP (uploads and downloads), SSL/HTTPS,
telnet, dict, ldap, and also supports cookies, redirects,
authentication, etc.
