List of Open Source Software which can be built on Fugaku

Spack will be used to manage open source software packages on Fugaku.
Fugaku users can easily use pre-installed packages and built packages based on Spack recipes.
The following list shows the results of building/compiling packages for aarch64 according to the Spack recipes.
Note that the results in this list do not guarantee that each package will work properly.
On the other hand, Fujitsu will provide the following packages compiled with Fujitsu compiler on Fugaku as "external" packages, of which Spack can be aware.

Description
R API Serialization. This package provides other packages with access to
the internal R serialization code. Access to this code is provided at
the C function level by using the registration of native function
mechanism. Client packages simply include a single header file
RApiSerializeAPI.h provided by this package. This packages builds on the
Rhpc package by Junji Nakano and Ei-ji Nakama which also includes a
(partial) copy of the file src/main/serialize.c from R itself. The R
Core group is the original author of the serialization code made
available by this package.
