List of Open Source Software which can be built on Fugaku

Spack will be used to manage open source software packages on Fugaku.
Fugaku users can easily use pre-installed packages and built packages based on Spack recipes.
The following list shows the results of building/compiling packages for aarch64 according to the Spack recipes.
Note that the results in this list do not guarantee that each package will work properly.
On the other hand, Fujitsu will provide the following packages compiled with Fujitsu compiler on Fugaku as "external" packages, of which Spack can be aware.

Description
Spatial Data Analysis. Methods for spatial data analysis with raster and
vector data. Raster methods allow for low-level data manipulation as
well as high-level global, local, zonal, and focal computation. The
predict and interpolate methods facilitate the use of regression type
(interpolation, machine learning) models for spatial prediction,
including with satellite remote sensing data. Processing of very large
files is supported. See the manual and tutorials on
<https://rspatial.org/terra/> to get started. 'terra' is very similar to
the 'raster' package; but 'terra' can do more, is easier to use, and it
is faster.
