List of Open Source Software which can be built on Fugaku

Spack will be used to manage open source software packages on Fugaku.
Fugaku users can easily use pre-installed packages and built packages based on Spack recipes.
The following list shows the results of building/compiling packages for aarch64 according to the Spack recipes.
Note that the results in this list do not guarantee that each package will work properly.
On the other hand, Fujitsu will provide the following packages compiled with Fujitsu compiler on Fugaku as "external" packages, of which Spack can be aware.

Description
Disciplined Convex Optimization. An object-oriented modeling language
for disciplined convex programming (DCP) as described in Fu, Narasimhan,
and Boyd (2020, <doi:10.18637/jss.v094.i14>). It allows the user to
formulate convex optimization problems in a natural way following
mathematical convention and DCP rules. The system analyzes the problem,
verifies its convexity, converts it into a canonical form, and hands it
off to an appropriate solver to obtain the solution. Interfaces to
solvers on CRAN and elsewhere are provided, both commercial and open
source.
